All training is completed on your site, at times of your choice or is internet based.
CIEH Level 2 Award Food - Safety Catering / Manufacturing
This course is certified and introduces the principles of food hygiene and is essential for all food handlers in the food industry.
This is a 1-day course and the examination for this certificate is a 1 hour multiple choice question paper.
CIEH Level 3 certificate in Food Safety certificate in Catering Manufacturing
This qualification is completed over 3 days and is designed for owners, managers, supervisors and team leaders. All candidates will be encouraged to demonstrate a good understanding of food hygiene but most importantly how they can influence others and positively encourage good standards.This course includes relevant level 3 training in HACCP.
The examination for this certificate is a 2 hour multiple choice paper.
Internet Based E Learning Courses
City and Guilds Level 2 Food Safety in Catering and Manufacturing
Food Tech Solutions Ltd can now offer City and Guilds accredited internet based Level 2 food safety courses.
These courses fully comply with food legislation requirements & offer a Level 2 food safety qualification certified to City and Guilds for a total price of £29 per person.
The courses are both visual & audio to allow staff to learn at their own pace and convenience and are available in a variety of languages.
This course is completed over 2 hours followed by an online 30 multiple choice question exam.
City and Guilds Level 3 Food Safety Certificate
The City and Guilds accredited internet based Level 3 food safety course is now available and is based on 12 lessons which can be accessed repeatedly to allow full understanding and revision, followed by a multiple choice exam. This Level 3 course will take approximately 8 hours to complete and is designed for business owners, Head Chef’s or Supervisors and Managers of a food business.
These courses fully comply with food legislation requirements & offer a flexible, cost effective means to achieve a Level 3 food safety qualification certified to City and Guilds for a total price of £125 per person.
The courses are both visual & audio to allow staff to learn at their own pace and convenience.
Allergen Awareness Certificate
Food Tech Solutions Ltd can now offer internet based Allergen Awareness training.
These courses fully comply with the new Food Information Regulation 2014 requirement to ensure all staff have received training in handling, labelling and dealing with consumer queries regarding allergens for a total price of £29 per person.
The courses are both visual & audio to allow staff to learn at their own pace and convenience and are available in a variety of languages.
